The general conditions of sale hereinafter set forth apply to all orders accepted by our company; they take precedence over all other stipulations of the customer, whether written or not. Our offers are only intended for companies and the legal provisions specific to sales to individuals are not applicable. The photos and texts on this website, given as an indication and may change at any time, do not bind our company. No error can give right to claim damages.

Warranty:

The products and materials offered on this site are guaranteed for a minimum of one year, unless otherwise stated in the extended warranty. Some products are guaranteed for 5 years or more. Products guaranteed for life are not systematically replaced by identical products but by products with equivalent functionalities. Of course, we can not take into account the misuse of our products or the direct or indirect consequences of the use that is made of them. We will replace, repair or refund, at our option, the defective product during the warranty period.

Delivery:

Immediate processing of your order and a large stock allow us to guarantee a fast delivery in Europe subject to availability of the product and its manufacture. This information, updated daily, is given as an indication depending on the productions.

Returns:

Before any return, call us by phone or contact us by email to obtain an authorization number without which no return will be accepted. The product must reach us in its original packaging and postage paid. Our company does not accept any liability or claim for damages.

Prices :

Our offers for companies, all the prices mentioned on our price lists are to increase of the port and the VAT. Our prices are indicative and may change at any time without notice. Our company reserves the right to refuse an order in case the rates have evolved significantly. All our prices are expressed in Euro.

Retention of title:

The goods remain the property of our company until full payment of the sums due, and must remain in the state until payment.

Payment :

The products ordered are payable upon receipt of the invoice and the goods. However, payment by bank transfer or pre-payment can also be requested if our company deems it useful, and this without discount.

Marks :

The brands mentioned are registered trademarks, either the properties of the companies concerned or the direct ownership of our company. Our company recognizes the intellectual property rights of manufacturers and suppliers presented on this site if they are not directly the direct property of our company.

Attribution of jurisdiction :

For any dispute relating to the execution of the contract between our company and the customer, the Commercial Court of Brussels (Belgium) will have sole jurisdiction.
